Brother Cloud Available to Teach Mini-Courses
Feb/27/13 20:00

The mini-courses are shortened editions of the larger courses that we publish for Bible Institute training, and they focus on the most important elements of the material. They basically represent the heart and soul of the larger courses.
The “mini-courses,” which are about 10 hours long, will be made available for use in Sunday Schools, Youth Meetings, Discipleship, etc., and will include the video recordings as well as lesson outlines and PowerPoints.
We started this program in December 2012 by teaching Part I of “Bible Times and Ancient Kingdoms: Treasures from Archaeology” at Fairhaven Baptist College. This is a 10-hour course consisting largely of PowerPoint presentations built on the research I have done on this subject over the past few years, including the creation of a computerized database of 20,000 photos taken on research trips to Turkey, Italy, Israel, and Greece, and to major archaeological museums such as the British Museum, the Ephesus Museum, the Louvre, and the Pergamum Museum in Berlin.
We are currently scheduled to teach mini-courses at
Grace Baptist Church, Louisburg, NC, April 2013
Grace Baptist Church, Oxford, PA, April 2013
Harvest Baptist Church, Radisson, Sas., November 2013
Fairhaven Baptist College, Chesterton, IN, April 2014
Western Baptist Church, Calgary, May 2014
Friendship Baptist Church, Newville, PA, October 2014
Bible Baptist Church of Nashua, NH, October 2014
Greater Cumberland Baptist Church, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, February 2015
Fairhaven Baptist College, Chesterton, IN, April 2015
Churches that are interested in hosting a mini-course over the next three years can contact us for a possible date. A course requires scheduling about 10 hours of preaching/teaching time. A meeting that runs from Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday works well if we schedule extra time on Sunday and have two sessions per evening. It is also possible to have sessions during the day.
