To Manage Your Account
We changed email systems on Sept 9, 2013. "Manage My Account" links in emails prior to that date should not be used as they will no longer work.
We Abide by the Can-Spam Act.
This protects you in that YOU are in control of your subscription. We cannot add anyone to the list without the subscriber opting-in from the subscribed email address..
Un-subscribe/Change email address
To un-subscribe or change your email address simply use the links at the very bottom of any FBIS email.
About our FBIS email service:
We use AWeber Communications systems for our FBIS mail list. This protects you against spam and viruses and ensures that the we operate in accordance with the Can-Spam Act.

Tips to Ensure Delivery
Most importantly..
Add "fbns@wayoflife.org" to your email address book, contact book, or trusted senders list. How this is done varies with computer, device, and app. Use the help feature on your email app and/or use google to find "how to" information on the internet. For example: search for "Outlook, add to contact list" or "gmail, add to contact list" or "apple mail, add to contact list.")
Check your email spam settings
Remember that the stricter the settings, the greater the chance our emails will go to junk mail or trash.
If you don't get two or three mailings in a row, contact us!
Let us know if you don't get mailings. We usually send emails Tuesday through Saturday. If your email provider rejects our mail piece often enough, your email will be marked as "bouncing" and our system will stop sending to you. Reasons mail may be rejected: strict spam settings, a full mailbox, email is no longer active, etc.
Take the time to look at "sender."
When you "un-subscribe" from "other" junk mailings, make sure you know that you are not un-subscribing from FBIS! Our mailings sometimes have different "looks" and you may not, at a quick glance, recognize them. We frequently have subscribers ask why they stopped getting their mailings and system records tell us that they un-subscribed themselves.

If you change email addresses, update your FBIS account by using the "change Subscriber Option" at the bottom of a FBIS email.
Keep enough space in your mailbox.
It's common for us to get mail returned to us due to "mailbox full" errors. Always make sure you have space in your mailbox.
