The following are ministries and materials in various foreign languages which can be of assistance to fundamental Baptist churches. Also listed are people who speak the various languages and are able to witness in that language. Please understand that we cannot necessarily recommend all of the following material as it is impossible for us to verify the doctrinal soundness, translation quality, etc., of each item. For the most part we have tried to verify that the sources are dependable, but this has not been possible in each case. This list is offered to assist those who are searching for Gospel and Christian literature in foreign languages from a fundamental Baptist perspective. We continually receive requests for such information, not only from missionaries overseas but also from soul winners in North America who are in contact with people who do not speak English or who speak it as a second or third language. It is for this purpose that we are developing the list. The user will need to check out carefully for himself any material in which he has an interest.

If you know of good material not listed, please contact me so I can add it. Also, if you know that any of the material which is listed is not sound, I would like to hear from you about it. I would like to know about any mistakes in the directory so they can be corrected. I have compared each language to a professional master list of world languages, in an attempt to list and spell them properly. I have also tried to note the chief country in which each language is spoken. In some cases, though, there are many versions of a language which are spoken in more than one country and there might be mistakes in some of those listings. I am familiar with Asian languages, but I am not personally familiar with languages spoken in the other continents. Any help in correcting mistakes will be appreciated.

Thank you and may the Lord richly bless these materials to the hearts and lives of needy people. --David Cloud dcloud@wayoflife.org, Director, Way of Life Literature

Payment: Many of the materials listed in this directory are distributed on a free-will offering basis. Please be sure to include a gift when requesting such materials. Literature is very expensive to produce, and the Bible says the workman is worthy of his meat (Matt. 10:10).
